Workforce & Training
Economic stability is key to family success. This pillar is dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills, training, and resources needed to secure stable and meaningful employment. Through job readiness training, vocational skills development, resume-building workshops, and career counseling, we support both parents and young adults in their professional growth. This approach helps families build financial security and ensures that future generations have strong role models for career success.
By integrating a two-generational, whole-family approach, we ensure that our programs uplift and empower entire households, creating stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
